Pitches can be accessed via standard default pitch selection, favorite pitches, favorite sequences or create your own using the manual mode.

Standard (pre-set/default) Pitches

For quick, simple operation, there are eight standard pitches instantly accessible (fastball, change-up, heater, split finger, curveball right & left and slider right and left).
Customize the speed and spin of any standard pitch to meet the requirement of any drill or the skill of any hitter.
Modify the location of any standard pitch in the strike zone or enlarged strike zone (two strike count).
Rely on pre-set pitches or go immediately to manual mode where you select any pitch, speed and location, which can repeat or change as desired.

Manual Mode

In the manual mode the machine functions as a basic Hack Attack providing you access to each motor and allowing you to develop each desired pitch.
Individual pitches or sequences can be saved to favorites for instant access at any time.
Between pitches, the location can be adjusted instantly using arrows on the screen.

Favorite Pitches

Once you have fine-tuned a pitch you would like to access later, you can save it to your favorites from either the manual mode or standard pitches screens.
You can save up 20 pitches to your favorites file, providing you with a full range of pitches that you can immediately access in any order at any time.
From the favorites screen you can also alter the spin, speed and location of that pitch and re-save it as a favorite.
Also on the favorites screen there is a ‘last pitch’ option that will call up the last pitch you were throwing before the machine was powered down so you can instantly continue where you left off.

Favorite Sequences

A sequence of pitches (up to 10 per sequence) can be quickly saved and accessed on your favorite sequences screen so you can challenge the mechanics of any hitter or replicate a specific pitcher.
There are four different run types for every sequence; ‘auto’ will select the pitches in the order you saved them once, ‘repeat’ will continuously pitch the sequence in order, ‘random’ will randomize the list, ‘manual’ selection allows you to change the order as desired.
Once inside a sequence and you find that one pitch is not what you desire, you can modify the speed, spin and location of that pitch to fit your requirements and re-save that individual pitch within the sequence.

Utilities and Settings

Within settings you can select the skill level of pitches you want for the standard pitches, either adult or youth.
Simple adjustments of changing speed from MPH to KMH, language selection, auto shut-down time, as well as buzzer volume and screen brightness adjustments are also made here.
A screen lock-out option is available in setting that will allow you to establish a password in order to access the machine operations.
Machine diagnostics and error code definition is located in utilities.
Any update to the software is made in utilities and will be downloaded from the SA site.
In utilities there will be a counter that tracks the number of pitches thrown by the machine during the life of the unit.

If an order is placed on a product that is listed as back-ordered (or is advised), our protocol is to charge the customer's credit card or PayPal account. In order to have more control over this unfortunate fulfillment delay, we must process your payment when your order is placed to prevent:

Undesired delays in receipt of your product by you until proper information can be provided by you to us because of unintentional change of payment information.
Intentional attempts at fraudulent receipt of products by way of purposely providing false payment information.
Collecting and handling of your sensitive financial information through a delayed date of order fulfillment and shipment. Our strict internal controls are in place to limit impressions or realities of fraud, and we make every effort to not, at any point, be in possession of your sensitive financial information.

Therefore we do this to avoid costly and frustrating postponements, cancellations, rerouting, and in some cases unfortunate fraudulent receipt of shipments. This usually happens due to intentional or unintentionally submitted false payment information. Therefore, this back-order protocol has been put in place to limit unnecessary and excessive costs of doing business, which allows us to keep our prices lower for you, our customer. Thank you for your patience and understanding with any back-order you may place with us.

While Waiting...

If you placed a back-order and you did not intend to do so, you may do the following:

Review other comparable products on our site for purchase in place of your current order. If you would like to modify your order, please place a new order and contact us immediately after so we can refund your original order.
If your order has not already shipped, we can cancel and refund your order in full after a brief period of confirming the order cancellation with the manufacturer. You can e-mail us at support@gosportsequip.com with your cancellation request. You may also request inventory availability so a new order can be placed when the item becomes available.

Please wait a minimum of four (4) business days for your credit card company to post the credit.

Please note, that unless we are advised by you in a written email reply indicating either of the above two options prior to shipment, we will assume that you want to keep your present order in place until the product is available to ship (requiring no post-order response from you). We will continue to diligently work on your behalf with the manufacturer to fulfill your order as soon as possible and advise on freight and tracking information when it is made available to us.

Lastly, all ETA's are subject to change. Go Sports Equip does not and cannot control any timeline regarding orders due to us solely being an Authorized Dealer of each of the brands we sell, not the brand/manufacturer of the products ourselves.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. (If you do not, please contact us and a representative can send over the digital receipt of your purchase). This confirms your order has been received in our system and your credit card is authorized for purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to confirm if you'd like to keep your order or cancel for a full refund. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

ORDER SHIPMENT

Please reference your product page specific lead times. After shipment, items will arrive in 5-10 business days after order has been shipped out.

Certain items due to high demand and low supply can only be placed on back order at specific times. Please contact customer service to hear about any items availability.

Please contact us for rush shipping rates and options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or Fedex) require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a time and day for delivery that works for you.

PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should contact us IMMEDIATELY. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 Hours of delivery and send photos to support@gosportsequip.com We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue or replace your order.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Generally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new condition and unopened.

Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.

If there is a damage in the product, the customer is not responsible for the shipping costs and restocking fees that apply for the return.

Customer remorse: If there is no damage to the product, the customer will be responsible of paying for shipping and restocking fees. The customer will be given a refund of the remaining balance.

Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).

Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, even if the item was "free shipping". Any damages to products may void the return.

Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.
